Marina has been affiliated with Keystone Homes since 2005 and, during that time, has sold over 180 homes. She has been a multi-million-dollar producer each year for 36 years and has been awarded and recognized multiple times as one of the nation’s best agents for customer service.

Peggy has been a licensed agent in Arizona since 1980 and is a lady of many talents. Two of those talents were on display in Flagstaff where she lived for over 30 years. From 1987 until 2006, Peggy was an integral part of her family’s custom homebuilding company, specializing in the Forest Highlands community where they built over 120 beautiful mountain homes. Peggy coordinated both the financial side of the business as well as lot acquisition for the building of spec homes. This all while she was managing all operations of Woodlands One Stop convenience market from 1998 to 2006.

Peggy joined Acacia Properties in early 2020 and quickly became an integral part of our Keystone Homes sales operation where she is now in her second community and soon to be her third. Peggy loves traveling.

Matt has worked as a commercial and residential land agent since 2004 focused primarily in the southeast valley. He’s experienced at entitling subdivisions, marketing both raw and improved land and marketing custom lots, commercial corners and luxury homes. Matt was the primary marketing agent for Ward Development in the early 2000s marketing lots in four of there custom home communities.  His relationships with homebuilders allow Matt to assist many lot buyers build their dream homes. His marketing expertise helps sellers get full exposure for their properties. And Matt’s buyers can make educated purchases from the facts and current market info he provides.   

Matt believes in constant communication with his clients and in putting their interests first. Thus, he has a proven track record getting transactions closed and keeping clients satisfied.

Jacquie has over 20 years’ experience in both resale and new home sales. She’s a top performing agent with extensive knowledge of new home sales construction and the new home sales process. Jacquie provides superior customer service through “consultative, solution selling” and is a Certified Negotiation Expert. She’s a graduate of South Dakota State University.

Dianna is a valued member of our Keystone Team and after spending 5 minutes with her, you’ll feel as though you have known her for years. Her inviting and positive demeanor, coupled with decades of experience selling real estate, make her a great asset to our team. Dianna has been instrumental in Keystone’s success since 2011. She communicates Keystone’s incredible value and competitive advantage well and can easily explain all the amazing benefits of buying a “new” Keystone Home as opposed to a “used” home. She enjoys making connections and forming relationships with her clients, a true Acacia team member to the core.

Brett brings a breadth of skills to the Acacia Properties team.

As part of his family’s construction company, Brett learned firsthand many aspects of residential and commercial real estate construction and development.  He then expanded his scope into Planned Area Development communities where he assisted with community planning, development, budgeting and construction for local and national homebuilders. Brett also managed the common areas and amenity installation of brand-new communities throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.

As an Arizona native, Brett has always loved the desert landscape which led him to study and gain certifications in desert landscape maintenance, design and construction.  He is certified in Sustainable Landscape Management by the Arizona Landscape Contractors Association and is an Arizona Certified Landscape Professional.  In addition to his real estate business, Brett also oversees the common area maintenance and management of roughly 100 Phoenix area communities.

Jessie is the Senior Accountant for Acacia and coordinates our main accounting functions. She’s a native Arizonan and graduated with a degree in communications at Arizona State University.

Scott and Christy’s four daughters have all made indelible marks on the growth and success of Acacia Properties and, as the youngest of the four, Jessie’s valuable mark is growing each day. She has a firm grasp on the financial side of the Acacia operation, no small task. Prior to joining Acacia, Jessie held key positions at both Morrison Vein Institute and Canyon State Air.

Jessie and her husband, Brian, have two beautiful children and another one on the way. She’s a fitness nut and a lover of the outdoors enjoying golf, skiing and…. hunting with her husband.

Teresa is the ultimate “Homebody”. Growing up in a home building family helped her develop a true love of everything home-related. With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry working with people on the most important of investments, a home, Teresa has honed her skills in understanding a buyer’s wants and needs when it comes to their own home.

Teresa’s true passion, however, is interior design. And we are fortunate to have her as the in-house designer for all Keystone Homes communities. In her spare time, you’ll find Teresa surrounded by her family, drinking a cup of coffee while immersed in design books and thrifting for her home all over town.

In her role as New Home Specialist, she is the first point of contact for new homeowners helping buyers move closer to their dream home an honor she is proud to play.

Milo is a three-year old Golden Doodle who provides endless exercise and entertainment to the Acacia Team. He specializes in fetching tennis balls, playing tag, licking faces and standing on his hind legs to give neck hugs. He barks at the doorbell but loves everyone.
